With over two decades of accounting and financial experience, Tyson Hardin brings a blend of hands-on construction knowledge and financial expertise to his role at Flex-Erect. His career includes four years in residential remodeling, three years renovating hotels, and a year and a half with a roofing company, highlighted by his largest construction project, the renovation of the Hotel Marriott in downtown Houston.

Before joining Flex, Tyson spent 13.5 years in a CPA office and four years at a bookkeeping firm, where he found fulfillment in providing direct support to clients and maintaining strong relationships. One of his most enjoyable professional experiences was keeping the books for a charter school, which he found meaningful and rewarding.

At Flex-Erect, Tyson not only meets but exceeds expectations. Known for his attention to detail and financial analysis skills, Tyson is a vital asset to the team.

Outside of work, Tyson enjoys gardening, playing disc golf, and diving into music. He’s married with one daughter and two husky mixes, and he’s happiest spending time with his family. On Sunday mornings, you can usually find him eating breakfast with his family before heading out to work in the garden.
