Office Manager

Toni Paylor brings 29 years of expertise in the construction industry to her role as Office Manager at Flex-Erect. She began her career working at her family’s drywall business, Lemm Drywall, Inc., for over two decades before joining Hollywood Steel, Inc. as an Office Administrator, where she worked for six years.

At Flex-Erect, Toni values the collaborative atmosphere and enjoys being part of a team dedicated to success. Known for her dedication, fairness, and problem-solving skills, she approaches every challenge with a can-do attitude and a focus on teamwork.

Outside of work, Toni loves crafting, fishing, and spending time at her family’s lake house. Her happiest moments are those spent with her grandson, staying involved in his life and activities. On Sunday mornings, you’ll find her attending church and enjoying the rest of the day with loved ones.
