With over 25 years of experience in the steel erection industry, Steven Hickman takes pride in contributing to projects that leave a lasting impact. From the first beam to the final touches, Steven thrives on watching structures come to life. One of his most memorable projects with Flex-Erect is the iconic Frost Bank Tower in San Antonio, which stands as a testament to his dedication and craftsmanship.

Steven is passionate about mentoring others and fostering growth within his team. He finds fulfillment in teaching those eager to learn and equipping them with the skills needed to succeed. As General Superintendent, Steven is committed to building a stronger team that benefits not only Flex-Erect but also its clients. Problem-solving is one of his favorite aspects of the job, tackling challenges head-on to deliver results.

Outside of work, Steven enjoys connecting with people, whether it’s engaging with clients or spending quality time with his family. In his downtime, he can often be found off-roading in the family razor or bowling a few frames.
