With 34 years in the construction industry, Santos Garza brings extensive experience and a deep commitment to safety in his role as Director of Safety at Flex-Erect. Before joining the company, he worked with Stewart Builders, gaining a broad understanding of project operations and workforce management. His career highlights include major projects such as the Tesla Giga Factory, his largest and most rewarding project, and LHC9 Dow Chemical, which he considers among his most enjoyable experiences.

At Flex-Erect, Santos is passionate about coaching employees, ensuring they have the knowledge and mindset to work safely and return home to their families each day. Known for his hands-on approach and focus on practical solutions, he spends each day finding safer ways to get the job done.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing billiards and spending time with his wife, four children, and dog, CoCo. On Sunday mornings, he can usually be found in church giving thanks.
