Marketing Coordinator

With three years in the construction industry and a background in transportation marketing, Nicole Barefoot brings creativity, organization, and adaptability to her role as Marketing Coordinator at Flex-Erect. Her day-to-day includes managing social media, updating the website, designing merchandise, and preparing submissions for project and safety awards.

Nicole’s most rewarding accomplishment so far has been helping Flex-Erect win the ABC Excellence in Construction award two years in a row. She thrives in the company’s supportive, family-like environment and is known for her ability to juggle multiple projects with speed and precision.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys running, writing, and playing music. She shares her home with her cat, Stewart, and finds joy in spending time with family. On Sunday mornings, you’ll usually find her catching up on sleep or reading by the window.
