With 25 years of experience in the construction industry, David Newsom has been an integral part of Flex-Erect’s success. Before joining Flex, David honed his skills at Milestone Metals, Diamondback Steel, Big 4 Erectors, and Empire Steel. His career highlights include managing the largest project at MHI in Pearland, finding joy in the Kohl's project in Lake Jackson, and experiencing the rewards of working on the M.D. Anderson project.

David’s journey also includes four years of service in the Navy, which shaped his discipline and leadership skills. A dedicated family man, David has been married for 19 years and is the proud father of three daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and coaching volleyball, often spending his free time outdoors.

At Flex, David values the atmosphere and brings a wealth of experience and strong communication skills to his role as Project Manager. His typical day involves ensuring that everything runs smoothly, always keeping the ball rolling. On Sunday mornings, you’ll likely find David working on something, never one to let a moment go to waste.
