Estimator

Dalton Dietert brings nearly a decade of construction industry experience to his role as Estimator at Flex-Erect. He spent seven years detailing pre-engineered metal buildings with United Structures of America and self-storage systems with DBCI and Janus International, followed by two and a half years estimating structural steel with Myrex Industries.

His background in drafting and detailing gives him a strong technical edge in estimating, with a sharp eye for detail and a practical understanding of how projects move from drawings to fabrication and installation.

At Flex-Erect, he plays a key role in delivering accurate, competitive estimates while supporting a collaborative preconstruction process. His favorite part about working at Flex is the team. The culture makes a difference every day.

Outside of work, Dalton enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, and time at home with his girlfriend and their two pets, Korra (a Border Collie) and Kilo (a white cat). On Sunday mornings, you can usually find him on the golf course or relaxing at home.
