Steven has been in the steel erection industry for over 25 years. He enjoys watching the project go up and seeing the finished product and knowing he had a part in it. His favorite project since being with Flex-Erect is the Frost Bank Tower in San Antonio.

Steven enjoys teaching people that are willing to learn and investing in them. He encourages them to grow. One of his favorite things is working through issues and figuring out a solution.  He took on the role of General Superintendent to put into place his skills for growing his team across the board for the benefit of all of Flex-Erect.

When he isn't on a job site, he enjoys interacting with different people throughout the day including clients. In his free time, he enjoys muddin' with his family in their razor or bowling.
