Brandi Evanicky brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the construction industry to her role as Director of Operations at Flex-Erect. With six years in the construction industry, Brandi's expertise and dedication make her an invaluable asset to the team.

Prior to joining Flex-Erect, Brandi served as the Office Manager and Assistant to the President of a prominent Texas scaffolding company. During her time there, she gained a profound appreciation for the importance of building and nurturing relationships in the construction industry. Brandi believes that strong relationships are what set construction apart from other industries.  

​

Before her venture into the construction industry, she worked with a scaffolding company where she honed her skills in a different field, showcasing her adaptability and versatility. This diverse background adds a unique perspective to her current role at Flex-Erect.

 

Brandi's favorite aspect of working at Flex-Erect is the people she collaborates with daily. Their collective expertise and dedication create a supportive work environment.

Beyond her professional life, Brandi finds joy in her personal relationships. She is happily married to her husband, Robert, and they have an 18-year-old daughter and two Bull Terriers.   

​

During her free time, Brandi enjoys connecting with nature. She enjoys feeding the deer, tending to her garden, and spending quality time in natural surroundings. One of her most memorable travel experiences was exploring the beautiful landscapes of Costa Rica, which left a lasting impression on her. 

​

On Sunday mornings, you can usually find Brandi spending time with her family, either at church or in the comfort of their home.
