Chris Dodson is a seasoned professional with nearly 30 years of invaluable experience in the commercial construction industry. As the Chief Estimator at Flex-Erect, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team, making him a vital asset in the world of construction. 
 

Chris's journey in construction began at a steel company in Houston, Texas, where he held various roles over the years. He started as an operator, responsible for overseeing and operating cranes, ensuring their maintenance, and planning crane job site locations. His hands-on experience gave him a deep understanding of the intricacies of construction from the ground up. 
 

As Chris's career evolved, he transitioned into the role of Estimator/Project Manager at the company.  Chris played a crucial role in sourcing and obtaining bids, creating estimates for diverse construction projects, and managing all aspects of project budgets, from inception to completion. His attention to detail and dedication to his craft extended to reviewing contracts, handling change orders, and providing exceptional customer service. 

Outside of his professional life, Chris is a family man, married with four daughters and one son. He shares his home with two dogs and enjoys spending quality time with them. In his spare time, Chris engages in a variety of hobbies, including bowling, poker, outdoor activities, and entertaining friends and family.
