With 8 years of experience in concrete and steel erection, Collin McMaster brings a strong work ethic and leadership to his role as Project Manager at Flex-Erect. Before joining the team, he worked as a ranch manager, concrete superintendent, and project manager for a bolted steel tank and silo company. His largest project was a $16 million digester tank installation for an ethanol plant, while his most rewarding was a drilling mud plant demo and rebuild in the Southeast Pacific.

Collin takes pride in every project and values the challenges and relationships that come with the job. At Flex-Erect, he appreciates the team atmosphere and is focused on learning and growing to become a key asset.

Outside of work, he enjoys time on the family ranch with his Blue Heeler, Addie, where he works cattle, welds pens, and finds peace in the outdoors. On Sunday mornings, you’ll usually find him feeding cattle and filling deer feeders.
