With three years of experience in the construction industry, Brittany Wedgeworth brings a diverse background to her role as Junior Estimator at Flex-Erect. Before joining Flex, she worked in her family business, coordinating custom home builds, managing retail sales for surfaces, and overseeing business operations.

Her largest project to date was the Alabama Coushatta Tribe of Texas' new housing project, while her most enjoyable experience involved working on a luxury home build with a builder’s client, where the architecture and finishes were exceptional.

Brittany finds each project rewarding, viewing them as opportunities to grow, learn, and connect. At Flex-Erect, she’s excited about the company’s growth and enjoys learning something new every day.

Outside of work, Brittany enjoys reading, video games, board games, and DIY crafts. She and her spouse share their home with two cats—Prince, who’s full of energy, and Racks, a quiet sun-loving boy. When she’s not working, she’s happiest at home with family, diving into a good book or playing games.
