Quality Control Inspector

Alex Laskin brings nine years of construction experience to his role as Quality Control Inspector at Flex-Erect. Prior to joining the team, he worked as a structural ironworker and welder, gaining hands-on field experience that shaped his practical and detailed approach to quality and compliance.

Alex has contributed to a range of impactful projects, including Hope on Hyde, a housing resource development in Los Angeles. His field background gives him a strong understanding of workmanship standards, allowing him to effectively ensure projects are completed in accordance with code, specifications, and Flex-Erect’s high expectations.

At Flex-Erect, Alex plays a key role in maintaining quality across projects by working closely with teams in the field, communicating progress, and proactively identifying issues. He values the strong work environment and takes pride in being part of a team that consistently delivers award-winning work. What he enjoys most about the construction industry is the teamwork behind building lasting structures.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys golf, snowboarding, and tackling home improvement projects. He is happiest spending time with his wife and their two children, Amelia and Malakai, often outdoors. Their family also includes a dog, Jax, and a cat, Binx. On Sunday mornings, you can usually find him outside with his kids or enjoying time together as a family.
