Glen Hays joined Flex-Erect in 2006 as the third employee. He first started as a foreman and worked his way up to Superintendent. He puts his 34 years of experience to work every day and has been an integral part of countless projects throughout his years at Flex-Erect.

Glen finds joy in music and spends his off days catching up with his daughter or enjoying the outdoors hunting and fishing.
